Versatility
The Warrior’s versatility makes it the best choice for your body shop. It can perform double-sided welds, nonstructural single-sided welds, threaded stud and nut welding, stitch welding for patches, wiggle wire welding, and molding clip welding. In addition, it’s great for metal heating and shrinking and dent pulling pins and washers.
Dual Gun Capability
Just like the Commander inverter spot welder, the Warrior features dual gun capability, meaning that you can keep the standard single-sided gun and pneumatic-assisted X-gun connected simultaneously so that both guns are immediately available for use. Plus, you can save one program for the single-sided gun and one for the squeeze-type gun, and the Warrior will automatically recall these settings – saving you time and reducing the risk of errors. With both guns available to use at any time and the correct welding programs conveniently stored in memory, you’ll enjoy flexibility in your work and maximize your productivity.
Efficient Water Cooling
With its built-in water-cooling system, the Warrior not only keeps you comfortable while you work, but also delivers consistent, high-quality welds. The cooling system features a built-in cold-water reservoir and a powerful pneumatic pump that pushes the water through the closed-circuit system to the welder arms and electrodes. By staying cooling, the Warrior consistently delivers maximum power at the weld point between the electrodes.
